A team account with a specific configuration in the admin portal to only specific articles and categories, has the same access in the knowledge base site as well. In an ideal case, the access needs to be different or the option to have complete KB Site access regardless of their access in the portal.

Hi Hani, Thank you for sharing this feedback.
We have designed the system to display only the content that users have permission to access, ensuring consistency between the portal and the knowledge base site. At this time, this enhancement is not part of the current roadmap, therefore, we will keep it in the backlog for future consideration.

Provide two separate content access with respect to KB site and KB portal for the same user

One of our customers wants the admin users (editors) who are assigned limited editing access in the KB portal should have entire project reader (KB site) access. Because the Admins (Editors) are both content creators and part of the audience the knowledge base site is aimed at. Hence, they cannot limit access to reading the content to their employees based on what they can edit. Could you please check and share your input?
