Our customers are requesting the following enhancement to your search functionality:
After searching for an item in the advanced search bar, there needs to be be ways of sorting the filtered results.
For example: sorting by article title in ascending / descending alphabetical order, sorting by most recently updated article, etc.

Joshua Young: No, we haven't yet taken alphabetical order into consideration. Nevertheless, we will explore the potential of incorporating alphabetical sorting as we proceed with the revamp.

We've taken your input into careful consideration, and I'd like to inform you that we have already factored it into our plans for improving our KB site. We are currently working on introducing various options for sorting search results, including popularity, relevance, newest, and oldest. I will ensure to keep you updated on the progress and let you know as soon as the implementation is ready.

Shakeer Hussain S any update on this? An example where this would be incredibly useful is where we have release notes. At the minute if a user search for release notes they come back in an unordered list - we would really like this to be ordered by latest updated. Thanks
