I agree with this! The previous tool I used before Document360 allowed this: when encountering a snippet in the editor you could see the entire contents of the snippet (read-only, and within a shaded box to identify it as a snippet). This was very useful when writing/editing, and I would like to see that in Document360 as well.

We'd like to see this, too. Being able to see the content of the snippet within the context of an article you're editing is hugely helpful to know what's in the snippet so you don't duplicate it in the rest of the article. This is especially crucial if you have more than one person creating snippets, so you don't have to go and review each new snippet.
I also love the idea of being able to use this to open the snippet to edit it. The current process of navigating to Content tools > Reusable content > Snippets is a hassle when you're in the middle of editing an article. It would save a lot of time to be able to just pop open the snippet directly from the article.

Hi. Yes that's correct. And if possible to open the edit so that the master can be edited.

Hi Erica - We greatly appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback. To better assist you, I would like to seek some clarification regarding your request. It seems that currently, we're displaying a snippet within braces. However, your preference appears to be showcasing the entire content in a readable format within the editor. Am I understanding this correctly? Please refer to the image below for clarification.
