Ability to rollback to markdown editor
Tim Engiles
The ability to convert articles that are in HTML or new visual editors back to the markdown editor as this one is the less glitchy of them all.

When trying to fix a problem with one of my pages (which I migrated into the tool as a markdown file), I had to switch to the WYSIWYG editor so that Support could see the code. But now I'm stuck with this page in the editor that I don't want to use.
This isn't a nice experience. Why force us to use an editor we don't want?

Also, I find it the easiest to use and maintain - doesn't have all the frills of the new editor but is so easy and consistent. Until there is a rollback option, I don't want to create articles in the new editor.

Tim Engiles thanks for you sharing your feedbacks. Please be known that WYSIWYG or Advanced Editor is built on the HTML elements and Blocks, whereas Markdown Editors are syntax based which do not support these elements or Blocks, and hence rolling out to Markdown is challenging. Rest assured, we are fixing our Editors across all the areas.
In addition, we would appreciate if you can share the glitch / issue scenario you are facing with our HTML Editors as bugs / feature request if not avaiable. This will help us to improve it and ensure to give you better user experience.
Thanks for your understanding.
