Ability to Change Eddy AI Image in Chat Panel

In the Document360 chatbot, we currently have the option to customize the Eddy AI icon and name. However, the Eddy image displayed inside the chat panel remains unchanged. Providing the ability to customize this image as well would help maintain consistent branding throughout the chatbot experience.

Thank you for sharing this feedback.
We understand the requirement to extend the existing Eddy AI branding customization beyond the icon and name, and allow the image displayed within the chat panel to be customized as well. This would help maintain a consistent branded experience throughout the chatbot journey.
We'll review this internally and check the feasibility of supporting custom chatbot images within the Eddy AI interface.
If this is taken up, the expectation would be to provide an option to upload and manage the image directly through the portal, eliminating the need to share assets through support channels.
We'll share an update once we have more clarity from our evaluation.

We would like to customize the default icon within Document360 and replace it with our proprietary company mascot, “Eddy.” The intent is for Eddy to serve as our branded support/help assistant throughout the Document360 environment, appearing in areas related to guidance, support, or user assistance for our internal teams.
We already have the finalized mascot artwork available and can provide the image asset directly if needed.
Before uploading or sharing the file, I wanted to confirm whether this comment thread and any attachments are private and accessible only to our company and the Document360 support/development team. Since the mascot artwork is proprietary, we want to ensure it is being shared securely. Thank You!
