Often, we need to take down articles, but we also need to be able to retrieve them later... and go back to it. So the ability to archive content is pretty important.

Though we are using the import/export function as a workaround, I realized that the history of the page doesn't get captured. So Please keep in mind that we will need the page history to be intact when archiving an article.

Most companies need to archive vs. delete pages. The folders are limited to 100 files and that is not enough to create an archive. I hit this wall and the pop up was not in my face enough to see and as a result there are likely files that did not get in the archive bucket.

This is a hugely important part of any content management workflow. Looking forward to this being prioritized sooner than later.

I vote for this too. If I accidentally clicked Publish, there is no way to "unpublish" without having to hide the article.
