With concurrent viewing and editing by the same or different users, users can accidentally view and edit the previous version of a page without realizing. The warning they receive is not helpful and does not prevent them from editing the older version:
'This article cannot be edited as the current workflow status Published is marked as read-only.'
Steps:
  1. Open any Published page in reader mode
  2. Click 'Open in Portal' to edit in the admin portal, the page opens in a new tab. Keep the original reader tab open.
  3. Click 'Edit' on the page in the admin portal.
  4. Make changes to the page and Publish.
  5. Return to the original reader tab and click 'Open in Portal' again.
  6. The new tab automatically opens the page in Edit mode in the admin portal, and forces the user to Edit the old version of the page. The warning banner displays:
'This article cannot be edited as the current workflow status Published is marked as read-only.'
A refresh resolves this but it still causes room plenty of room for error - users should not be able to edit older versions of a page without explicitly visiting the older version.
