The user gets a time-out after a period of inactivity and has to log in again. We want that the user can stay logged in during a longer period for example a work day.

OpenID is disabled because we have JWT configuration. Moreover, the question to remove the time-out was not for team accounts but for readers.

Hilde Verweire:
Thank you for your kind reply. In JWT-configured projects, if the user is idle for some time, it will logout the user as per the token validity you have set in the code. If you would like to keep the user active for a longer period, kindly increase the token validity.
Minimum token validity – 5 mins
Default – 15 mins (default token validity)
Max – 24hrs

Hi Hilde Verweire
Greetings!!! Hope you are doing well.
If it is happening for SSO team accounts, could you please check whether the below option is enabled? If the option is enabled then it will log out the user after a period of inactivity.
In the scenario of normal team accounts, after a period of inactivity, when the user clicks the portal, it will prompt with the option "stay logged in"
If you are still facing some difficulties, please drop an email to support@document360.com and our engineers will assist you further on this.
