I did not consent or gave any permission to receive weekly reports. Using document360 is really minor, minor part of my responsibilities and I couldn't care less about the statistics. Yet I keep receiving a report that I didn't want. This is a very bad user experience. There are 3 problems with that:
  1. This should be opt-in, not opt-out.
  2. There is no direct link to unsubscribe.
  3. The instructions how to unsubscribe are incorrect. The mails says "You can turn off the notification via Settings > Notification", but I don't see such option on the Settings page.
A much better way would be to send ONE mail notifying project owners that a new feature of weekly reports become available and explain how they could enable it.
