Search feed update interval

When I unpublish or hide an article, it still shows in the search results. The update interval should be more frequent to reflect the results in the next 5-10mins even if not immediately.

nur this has been fixed as period of overall enhancements and upgrades to our features. The hidden articles won't be appearing in Kb site search results, however in the KB portal it will be displayed
