Responsive design disables dropdown for knowledge base versions

In Google Chrome Version 113.0.5672.126 (Official Build) (arm64) when the browser is enlarged you can only see the dropdown for multiple versions of knowledge base articles if the browser is at 100%. When I change the browser to zoom to 90% or 110% the dropdown for the knowledge base versions disappear. If I reduce the size of the browser from desktop size and squeeze it down to mobile phone size the dropdowns appear again at the different zoom percentages.
