We have encountered an issue where the print button is not working for some articles.
We have tried clearing the browser cache data and logging out and in again and it has not resolved the issue

Hi Eric. I didn't see your bug when I submitted mine--"If PDF inserted, can't print article." That's our guess as to what's happening (and based on the date of your post, it's been happening the entire time I've been working with Document360--I just didn't realize it until last month, because it doesn't apply to that many of our articles).
So curious if an inserted PDF applies to yours that aren't printing? (Email me at mhippensteel@envistacorp.com if you want to.)
