Preview pane does not match editing pane

When you're editing a page, the preview pane often does not show the same lines as the edit pane. This makes the preview pane less useful than it could be.

Justine - Good day to you. While typing contents within the Markdown editor, the editing pane is updated correspondingly the preview pane. Are you referring to view knowledge base preview just as mentioned by Adam Minich as well?
