Link tool in editor still not working correctly

When I create a link to another article in the knowledge base, the link text is being automatically changed to the title of the article I selected. I can edit it, but I shouldn't have to do that - the link text shouldn't change.

Adding here, that I selected text, saw that it appeared in the link box as the text, then selected a link and added it, then did not see that the text in the link box was changed, and had to go back later and fix many links. This makes us lose work!
