Knowledge Base Assistant close just after opening

When opening the assistant, it immediately closes. This is happening in some cases, but not all the time. If a do a hard refresh (ctrl + F5) on the page it usually work, if I do a simple refresh (F5) it does not fix the issue.
When it bugs out like this, the console prints the error ´Cannot read property 'core_widget_styling' of undefined´. See attached images. for some reason, the widgetSetting is undefined?
This makes the widget unuseable, so we hope we're not the first encountering this bug.
