Issues translating articles

I am having issues translating an English article to Japanese. There seems to be a bug.
To send the English copy to our translator, we copy the English version of the article into Japanese Documentation editor, then tag the translator for review. I've sent one article over twice, and both times, it deleted all of the text I entered and shows just the template.
Now, I am trying to send it a third time, and it seems to be showing the text correctly in the editor now, but the View Preview is just showing the article template.
