We have experienced the same issue, and it appears to be somewhat random, if we click to another container or article and then back sometimes it resolves itself, sometimes it doesn't.

Attached is the same article, when I logged into Document360 this morning this document looked broken but after navigating away and coming back to the same article it fixed itself!

Adam Minich Caroline Tabach, All are you referring that values of snippet after insertion within the editor, not able to be previewed? Maybe while hovering the snippet, preview option for the value within Snippet would do?
