When entering a term in the "Find" field, if the term is found in the article's title it is displayed as "0 Occurrence" but we are able to select and click on the Replace button.

In the ideal scenario, the results with 0 Occurrence should not be displayed in the results. Also, the feature should search just the article content and not the title.
