feedback feature is not working

Nothing happens when you click on the "Was this article helpful" option. You can hover over it but no visible action when clicking on the feedback icon.
It doesnt work on Chrome (including incognito) and Safari.
I checked this out when I noticed we havent received any feedback over the last month.
We have to turn off the feedback feature for now until this fixed.

Gerard U: thanks for your feedback, It's working fine in our portal, Kindly check if you are using any custom CSS script, and if the issue persists, please share your user website link, we can take a look and fix the issue immediately.

Marshal Ebinezar: we are using custom css for the footer to include some links but it was working after that.
