Export to PDF doesn't export video content
Michael Webb
Export to PDF does not include links to embedded videos in documentation, just leaving blank areas on the PDF where there should be content.
We are leaning our content more toward video-rich information to communicate more in less time and this is particularly a problem for us when we want to archive old documentation. Can you guys output the video link instead of a blank empty frame in the .PDF?

Any update on this?

Along with video not being exported to a PDF any information in a private note is also not exported.
Our whole documentation library is exclusively in private notes and exporting to PDF gives you a blank article.
The workaround we have been using is for technicians to print the article then choose a PDF printer and all of the private note information is available in the PDF.
A 1 button click solution would be much better than having to use this work around every time.

Hi Michael Webb,
Greetings!!! We could see that the PDF does not include the video. Our team has identified this as a bug and working towards the resolution. We will keep you posted once the issue is resolved.
We thank you for your patience and co-operation.

Michael: Regarding the export of PDF file with Video, now we can see the thumbnail of the video in the PDF file. In order for this to work, video needs to have the thumbnail option.
