Editing in when not Edit mode

I can delete, add, edit text and images (among other things) when NOT in Edit Mode. This happens when I access an article via the search tool or access an article via the Open in Portal button. Please fix this.

Greetings!!! Hope you are doing great.
When we click the option "open in portal", it opens the article in the portal in the published state and we cannot edit any content. Could you please raise a support ticket(support@document360.com) along with a video recording of the issue to look into this further?
