Category level articles do not work with URL Mappings in the Knowledgebase Assistant

If you create a URL Mapping for the Knowledgebase Assistant which is mapped to a Category level article then the article does not get displayed when opening the Assistant for your App page.

Hi Marsha, for us the problem is that Categories which have a Category Type of 'Page' and have content do not get displayed. URL Mappings for Articles work fine for us.

Thank for you posting this, Mike! We've had URL Mapping issues for months, and conversations weren't resolving this yet.
I'm not sure exactly what you mean by category level (in your KB's context). But in ours, I was initially (late last year/early this year) able to set up URL Mappings successfully (for articles within categories), but haven't been able to get all of the new ones I've done since to work...
Marshal: I was about to create a ticket for this. I still will. In the meantime, let me know if you need examples of what's not working.
