Bug - links to in-article header

Hello hello! I need to make an in-article header and the dropdown is not displaying any results, so I'm heading back to the non-Beta view for now!

Eileen- Hope you have observed that we need to enable the following options under Article settings for the titles to show up in the list for selection. Also, the titles need to have the required format ( H2,H3,H4).
