Email Notification for disliked, liked and commented articles

It would be helpful, if an email notification could be established for the following used cases:
- Article is liked
- Article is disliked
- Article is commented on
This would require three new toggles in the 'Notifications' so we can set up a channel for notifying our authors.

Hi All, yes Document360 supports this feature, and users can receive mails whenever an article is being liked, disliked and given feedbacks. Kindly find the below screenshot for settings configuration. You can configure to respective channels you prefer to send out these notifications.

You have notification options for a range of events, many of which IMO are of questionable value. Please consider creating a notification mapping for feedback received. This is a far better approach than having to navigate through the analytics pages.

It would be great if this becomes a "one-click" capture as well where user don't need to click submit to capture the initial sentiment. Clicking Submit allows usess to still send a feedback with the rating.
