Request for Conditional Tags Feature in Doc 360

As a user of Doc 360, I would like to request the implementation of a conditional tags feature within the platform. This feature would enable users to apply conditions to specific content, allowing for the creation of tailored documentation for different audiences, languages, or versions.
conditional tags are a feature that allows you to apply conditions to specific content within the articles. These conditions act as filters, enabling you to control which content is included or excluded in different outputs or versions of your documentation.
We are distributing documents to multiple customers and require this feature to generate outputs for multiple customers from a single source.
Benefits:
Streamline content by toggling content visibility based on predefined conditions.
Enhance documentation customization for diverse audience needs.
Reduce redundancy and maintenance efforts by managing content variations within a single source.

Enhancement on Conditional content block feature(Conditional Tag)

- Predefined Conditional Tags:
Currently, the conditional tags have predefined values, and users cannot create conditions based on their specific requirements.
For example, if certain content needs to be visible in printouts but hidden in online documentation, the existing setup does not allow for this level of customization.
- Application of Conditions Only to Blocks:
Conditions are restricted to blocks of text, which limits flexibility.
There is no provision to hide specific parts of a block, such as individual sentences or words.
For instance, we attempted to apply two conditions to a single block, where one word should be visible to one audience and another word to a different audience. This is currently not possible.
- Condition Application at the Category Level:
The current setup does not allow conditions to be applied at a category or broader level, limiting scalability for larger projects.
- Custom Conditional Tags Based on Project Requirements:
Currently, there is no option for users to create custom conditional tags that align with their specific project needs.
For example, if I need to release a limited set of features for certain customers, I should be able to generate outputs based on those conditions:
Customer 2: Show the content.
Customer 1: Hide the content.
This capability would enable us to manage and deliver content efficiently, catering to the specific needs of different audiences.

This is a crucial feature request from us. We would like the Document360 team to address the above concerns or provide a workaround which will help us launch the portal to Customers and Partners.
