I would request you to add a feature for downloading a particular category only. In simpler words, the user should be able to download a category (topic node) along with the sub-topics/articles under that category.

Every now and then we get a request from our end users to be able to print a quick reference guide. This involves going to each page and printing this individually. If we had the ability to bulk print a few topics... that would be a start.

Exporting to pdf is only allowed for individual articles inside the user site. As there have been a lot of customer requests to download multiple articles at the category level (or any higher level), I would like you to consider this feature request as priority.

Currently, we can generate PDF for an article only. It would be a great help if we could generate PDF for an entire guide.
This is a very basic and must-to-have feature.
There are many from the audience who still prefer PDF copies.
++ With Business subscription, as there is no review feature, having a PDF would help in sending the document for review.

Full Article Download functionality

I would really need a functionality that lets the user download
all
the articles concatenated into one .PDF or .DOCX.This is due to the fact that the articles are all part of the product manual, and the user will want to download the entire manual at some point.
This shouldn't be too hard since the text is entered through your own editor.

Palak Maggon If the referred download option is to take place in the KB Portal, then would like to let you know we do have a workaround solution. To download articles that are published through Bulk Operations, where users can apply filters for the articles within a specific category and then can download. We will validate the feasibility to include the sub-categories and its all the articles, and keep you posted. However, if the download option is expected at the KB site then we are not currently aligned in our existing roadmap.

In addition to the above, the end user should be able to download their own PDF using the templates/design that the owner/admin set up in Document360.

Samir Senapati: Readers should be able to use same format as configured by the Contributors in the KB Portal, if that is the case we will validate and keep you posted, at this moment we do not hav this in our roadmap.
