Reader name should be searchable by reader name

Hi Nisath, as discussed, when we have to search for a reader in the portal, we need to enter the whole email ID of the reader which is not convenient. Can we enhance this feature and make the reader searchable by the reader name? We should be able to search the reader when we enter the name (not the email ID) of the reader.
