Possibility to change the bullet point format

In the old editor, the bullet points were black dots. In the new editor the bullets points are white squares. I prefer black dots. I would like to be able to change the bullets and save them as defaults.

To ensure consistency between our articles created with the new editor and articles created with the old editor, we would like to see the defaults be the same for both. Otherwise, there will be inconsistency. Our end-users should not know if we created an article using the old editor or the new one.
