"File unlocked" warning makes focus jump to top of screen in block editor

I've received the "File Unlocked due to inactivity" warning message a couple of times today while working in an article. A) I don't think I should be getting that message while I'm actually typing in the article. B) Unlike in WYSIWYG, the focus jumps to the top of the article, and I've had to scroll back down into the article to find where I had just been typing.
