We are glad to inform you that we have implemented analytics for the Eddy.

Search analytics now provides information of the Eddy search performed in the knowledge base site, based on the month level data

- total number of searches

- total successful searches

- total searches with no results

- total feedbacks and the bifurcation of likes / dislikes

- timeline chart providing details of searches performed in a given day

- grouping of key information of the search performed

- export of the prompt data

Gina Magana thanks for your suggestion, regarding rename we will evaluate this based on user traction for the same. We are in analysis phase of having analytics for "Eddy". We will keep you posted once its rolled-out.
