TOC links stop working for Accordion Sections

When I use the "Accordion" formatting option with the Block editor, the links in the automatically generated TOC don't work, even when the sections are expanded.

Document360 Support Links in accordions are completely not useable. We have many complaints from customers, and are now removing all accordions from our documentation
