Feature Request

Hi, We are sending invitation email to our customer, but we need to adjust them (text,language, logo...). Can you please add that feature? Thanks Pavel

We would like to have a notification center in the D360 portal itself to easily check all notifications concerning us and the team.

We need to know when a review reminder is coming up for a published article. We want the author (or chosen assignee) to receive an email informing them that it is time to review an existing, published article.

Currently the only notification options are "Article Created"(published or not) and "Article Published" (which notifies EVERY time there is an article update/re-publish). We need an option to notify when a new article is published for the first time.

so everytime we should be linked to our email account to work on Doc360 ? I thought Doc360 could work independently without having any dependency on other platforms.

It would be great to receive reminder notifications for articles under review. Or at least it would be good to have them in a list.

I need to be notified when a certain folder has articles published, but I do not need to be notified about every article published to our entire knowledge base. Having a setting to turn on notifications on a per folder basis would be helpful.

The ability for visitors to see articles/categories that have changed/added is great, but they would also love to be able to see exactly what has been updated. This could be a simple description text or highlight of what exactly was changed or added.

When an article is created and there's a notification set for this event, the notification sent must include a link to the article created

When a category is renamed, and a notification sent, please include both the old and new term in the report.
