Feature Request

I would like to have the option to change the article status from published to draft in bulk. The ability to switch published articles to drafted articles in mass would simply save a click per article when we have to mass edit a section. Just like the ability to switch drafts to published using all articles.

When you select or deselect a top level category in the filter (in my case I was trying to view all drafts in a specific sub-category) it should automatically include or exclude all subcategories below to parent selected (or deselected). I don't understand the purpose of even giving a check box on top level if it doesn't automatically include child related content.

Within Content Tools -> Bulk operations I would like to also perform operations in categories that are appropriate. In my case, I am tagging articles and categories with a specific tag to publish at the same time. When I select the tag using the Tags filter, I see the articles listed but not the categories. I would like to be able to include categories in this list and perform operations (such as publish) with all of these pages at the same time.

The ability to edit, relink, or unlink hyperlinks within the project directly would be highly beneficial. Currently, the manual process of performing these tasks can be time-consuming, especially when dealing with large volumes of content. Having a feature that allows for centralized management of hyperlinks within the project would significantly streamline workflow and enhance efficiency. Time-consuming manual process: Editing, relinking, or unlinking hyperlinks in large content volumes requires significant time and effort. Error-prone: Manual editing increases the risk of errors such as missing or broken links, impacting the credibility and usability of the content. Lack of centralized management: Without a centralized system, there's no efficient way to track or update all links simultaneously, leading to inconsistency and inefficiency.

Importing articles one by one is time-consuming and repetitive. There should be a way to select a series of files, choose the settings, and then bulk import.

The customer is trying to export a set of articles in the category with many articles, but the exported file does not contain all the articles. We are getting only 50 in the PDF, which is available on the first page. So, it would be great if we could get all the articles in the "all articles" section itself.

Is there a way to determine how many new articles have been created in the past year? I would like to filter the articles based on their "Created at" date.

It would be helpful if I could make articles available for bulk operations in more ways than are available in filtering. My current use case could use this, in particular: Filter the list of articles based on whether they contain specific words (such as INTERNAL, ALPHA, BETA or NOT PUBLIC) Select articles in the list and apply a tag to the selected articles in the list view.

It would be helpful to have an option to bulk remove labels from articles on the "All articles" page. Right now you can bulk add labels to articles but to remove the labels, you have to go to each individual article.

Customer wants to see a full list of articles that contain images so that they can inspect the articles and see if it is necessary to remove those images for future maintenance. Or, if we have a filter function to only display if the articles contain a certain type of image, we can export them into a spreadsheet and plan for tasks. The customer feels that using "View dependencies" option within the drive section is a tedious process for their use case.
