Feature Request

Currently there are no API endpoints to access analytics, which is vital functionality to extend reporting functionality and integrate it the insights into other tools.

It would be great to be able to publish our articles as an MCP server, so AIs can access them.

The REST API for adding/publishing articles now returns a slug. It can return the full url too as an additional property.

The feedback manager is a useable feature, but there isn't a way to extract the feedback into other applications. Tools like JIRA, Trello, and other task management applications would be better places to action feedback, alongside a writer's regular tasks. Rather than create integrations to each application, I'd like to see the functionality expanded in Zapier. Currently the only trigger available in Zapier is when a new article is created. Adding a trigger for new feedback, with the feedback information, will let us automate it into any other application, simplify workflows, and streamline the updates to documentation.

We have received a request from a user, that he wants to see a record of their API calls to Documet360. The Team Auditing feature does not cover the API calls, it only tracks and audits the portal activities. So please cover the API calls in the Team auditing option.

As a reusable piece of content, it's a very useful item to be able to GET for other applications

The only way to get an article's tags from the API is the GET /v2/Articles/{id}/settings endpoint (or similar) one at a time. I need to fetch tags for each article in a batch. Please include tags in article summary lists. For example in GET /v2/Categories/{id} please add "tags" at data.articles[index].tags: string[]

This request is created on behalf of Udo We would like to retrieve all articles associated with a specific tag in one query. At this time, selection seems only possible via the parent category as a batch. Get all subcategories of this category as well as all articles in this category and its subcategories. Thanks.

We're interested in capturing the comments our team includes when we update an article via the API. For example, if I make an update to an existing article, I can include an optional comment that describes the update made. We'd like to be able to access the comment for each article version as part of efforts to show external teams the exact changes we've made to a given article. In the example screenshot, I'd hope to capture "Changed 'Additionally' to 'Finally' in list." via the API endpoint.
