The feedback manager is a useable feature, but there isn't a way to extract the feedback into other applications. Tools like JIRA, Trello, and other task management applications would be better places to action feedback, alongside a writer's regular tasks. Rather than create integrations to each application, I'd like to see the functionality expanded in Zapier. Currently the only trigger available in Zapier is when a new article is created. Adding a trigger for new feedback, with the feedback information, will let us automate it into any other application, simplify workflows, and streamline the updates to documentation.
