Now you cannot do ANYTHING with the comments that are not yours. This is absolutely unbelievable.

Hi Jesse, Caroline ,Laura, we have provided a feature called inline comments in the advanced WYSIWYG editor. When you select the content on the edit page, a floating menu will be displayed along with a comment function. I've attached a screenshot for your reference, kindly let us know if this meets your expectations. Thank you.

Thiru: How do I resolve a comment someone left else left for me while using the block editor?

Florida PALM: Thanks for reaching out. In advanced WYSIWYG editor, you can click on the inline comment on the edit page and resolve it. Additionally, you can use the comment panel which is positioned at the header section and resolve it.

Christoph Hillisch Shannon Greywalker, The markdown is a syntax-based editor. Currently, we don't have a plan to incorporate this in the markdown editor. We recommend you use the advanced WYSIWYG editor to use the inline comment feature. Your cooperation and understanding are appreciated.

Prabhakaran Parasuraman: MarkDown is the reason why we use Doc360 in the first place. Nobody is going to use the WYSIWYG editor for us. I hope this trend of not getting features for MD is not going to continue.

Prabhakaran Parasuraman: Frankly, this is unacceptable. Do not make the Markdown Editor your "second class" editor and call a feature "Done" simply because you put it in the Block Editor. Markdown is a universal, common, interchangeable source format. It's friendly to developers, and these days, developers make as many or more contributions to a knowledge base (docsite) as the professional technical communicators. Also, sometimes customer requirements specify that doc source must be available to them in a format that they can extend with their own audience-specific customizations.
All of these factors mean that for many of your customers, Markdown is the only syntax, and if you start second-classing the Markdown editor, we're simply going to A) not endorse you to colleagues, and B) possibly start looking for alternative platforms/solutions.

Reviewers Be Able to Annotate a Specific Section of an Article

DOC360 currently does not allow Reviewers to add comments to a specific paragraph or section of a sentence in an article.
Would be great if Reviewers could add an annotation like you can in Word by highlighting text in the article and adding a comment.

Yes please! Highlighting text and commenting on part of the content of a page is very helpful, especially within edit mode.
