Snippet dependencies not correct
complete
Pesach Newmark
I removed a snippet from an article and published the article. The article still shows up as a dependency for the snippet and the status of the article shows as Edit instead of Published.

Pesach Newmark moving forward we would be supporting to allow the deletion of snippets even with they have dependencies, but automatically removing the article revision history depedencies so that it would not require our user to clear off depedencies against each revision history. We will keep you posted once this has been accomplished.
Thanks a lot for your time and effort to write us.

Thiru: Thank you for the update. I appreciate the thoughtfulness.

Pesach Newmark: This has been fixed and the system now allows us to delete the snippets, variables, & glossaries even if it has any dependencies and we have enhanced the usability. Thanks

Hi Pesach Newmark,
Can you clarify on the status issue as we don't have Edit status. Are you referring to the Edit button displayed in the published articles.
On the Article shown as a dependency for the snippet, can you check if the snippets are referred in previous versions of the articles.

Mithun Kandasamy: Hi. I think by "Edit" I meant Draft. Like in the screenshot I included above.

Pesach Newmark: Thanks for clarifying. As per your screenshot, snippet reference still exists in one of the versions(v6) in the article revision history - that's the reason that article is still shown as a dependency.
