Saving article when in code view, does not save the article

Pressing CTRL+S when viewing an article in code view, reverts the article back to the last saved state, exiting out of code view. I realize that auto save is disabled in this view, but manual save should preferably not be.

David Lindberg the issue has been resolved, now both Ctrl + S, auto-save options retain the content and do no delete the article contents.
